What are the chances of geting a replacement DVD cover?

Ive got a shallow hal dvd that i think the cover was cut wrong or printed wrong because the front of the cover is on the back of the dvd some and the back of the dvd is shifted to the left it looks really ugly, I was just wondering what are the chances that they will send me a replacement cover and should i email fox home video or somewhere else? thanks

I had good luck when I contacted New Line and WB. I needed all 7 covers for WB's Are You Being Served? after they got wet in an accident and they sent me all 7 with no questions asked for free! It was super cool of them.
