Wicker Man dvd defective and Anchor Bay has not responded to my email?

Wicker Man dvd defective and Anchor Bay has not responded to my email?
I bought the 2 disc Wicker man a week ago today and discovered that the theatrical disc wont play in either of my dvd players. I emailed Anchor Bay and told them my problem and they still haven't responded. Do I need to email them again or what? Does it take them longer than a week to respond... will they replace the dvd?

I had the same problem a year ago and they responded within a day. They used a fulfilment agency to fix it. It was very good customer service then. Maybe the company has changed though

I have never had a problem with Anchor Bay. When I found out that my Heathers disc went bad I e-mailed them and they actually sent me two replacements. E-mail them again, or wait it out it's up to you. Unlike some of the majors most notably Universal, Anchor Bay has been good about it in the past. I wish I could remember how long it took them to respond to me but it was too long ago. Basically I remember it was a truely hassle free experience, so don't give up hope.
