Columbia House has the first 3 seasons plus about 12 episodes of season 4 available. They've done a pretty nice job with Production notes and guest cast notes for each episode. Go to the Club forum here at DVDTalk and search on Hogan's Heroes. There is more info in that thread about what they have available.

I think I will wait for the Season 1 boxset then. DOes anyone know who will be releasing it?
I couldnt get the ones from Columbia House even if I wanted to as I dont live in the US, so unless someone was to get for me but I think the costs will be far too much.
