Robt. Mitchum fans rejoice!

I got home today to find this from Amazon in my inbox:

"You've previously signed up to be notified when "Out of the Past" (DVD) became available, and we're happy to inform you that it is now available to pre-order."

Dreams do come true!

This will be part of the 5-DVD Film Noir box set discussed here:

http://www.dvdtalk.com/forum/showthr...hreadid=358652

The box set is a great deal (about $35 at Amazon, less with STL), since you then get the other 4 DVDs for only about $21 more than the cost of the one title indivdually.

Looks like a great set. Finally, with all the mediocre crap that gets put out week after week, we actually get some good film on DVD. Bring it on!
