From: You have moved into a dark place. It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.
Are you looking for the R4 or R1?
It's on moratorium in every region, but Columbia House has it available as an enrollment still, along with a bunch of other OOP Bond titles.
I believe they're region 1 only, though.

DVD Talk Legend
I would look for the DTS laserdisc. It has the same special features as the Dolby Digital laserdisc.

Yes, but who knows when Bond 21 will be released?
http://imdb.com/title/tt0381061/
MGM is having Lowry Digital make new HD transfers of a number of the films, including all of those with Connery, but they may not see the light of day for YEARS.
All of the Bond discs were on moratorium before Die Another Day came out last May - then they were all released again at a lower price point - then they quickly went out of print again (I believe they went on moratorium in September 2003).
You can still find them all over the place, though - retailers seem to have stocked up on them when they were out.
I have all but two of them, so I can't imagine upgrading unless the transfer or extras are truly spectacular.
