How do you display your busts? (Monster Legacy Collection)

For those who purchased the gift box of Monster Legacy Collection, how are you displaying the busts? So far I've only removed the 3 sets of discs and left everything else as is. I like how the busts look in the box. However, I'm not sure exactly where to put it or how to display it. Any ideas?

I'm probably going to do the same thing you did, because right now I don't have the room to display the box.

For a second there, I thought you said "How do you display your bust?". But, then I realized this wasn't the 'Mature' forum.

I don't have a lot of use for busts as such, so I'm keeping them in the box until Halloween, when I'll display them with the other decorations.

I keep them on the fireplace.

At night, I keep them in bed with me. Well first I tuck them in, kiss them goodnight, make sure they say their prayers and then turn off the light.

The box set or the response about the busts (ladies chest, breasteses, what have you), thinking it was a mature topic? If you men the box set, yeah I was originally going to just get Dracula and Frankenstein but I decided to get the whole shabang because I love busts!

Scott1458,

That's very sweet! Maybe I'll try that tonight.

Gobear,

That is a great idea about displaying them for Halloween.

It's like you're watching me or something. That's the same thing I do...

Mine are on top of my computer hutch. They look like the Three Stooges in monster garb.

That's what I would do if I had a bust.

"...how are you displaying the busts?"

Whew, I'm glad this has been verified on what you meant! I thought for a second, you wanted to know how I do it personally and I had no idea how to respond!

I was going to ask for pictures of what people like to do with their busts but that seems like a loaded question open to different interpretations

Nahh, just a little misunderstanding, it's all good though.

It Belongs in a Museum!

I keep mine on the top of my DVD case, with all my other collector pieces:

-Schindler's List Display Case (DVD digipak removed and alphabetized)
-E.T. Big Box (same)
-Spider-Man Big Box (I made a custom 3-disc case for the 2 SM discs and the Stan Lee doc disc, have that case alphabetized)
-The Argonath
-Smeagol
-My Autographed original release DVD of Alien (signed by Veronica Cartwright and Ronald Shusett)
-My Autographed original release DVD of Cube (signed by Nicole DeBoer)
-Scarface Big Box (Keepcases alphabetized)
-Reservoir Dogs foam rubber Ear, picked up at the Michael Madsen signing at Virgin when the 10th Anniv. DVD came out
-Home On The Rainge Cowbell, picked up at Disney's El Capitan Theater upon seeing it for a friend's birthday party

Too tall for the top of the case, but displayed just to the side:
-Freaks & Geeks Yearbook

I've got quite the little museum, no? Now watched over by the horrific trio themselves!

BOMM,

CS

I will keep them in the big box and display them with other stuff like the Schindler's List set (until it breaks of course)

I balance them on my head during the day and leave it on my nighttable when I go to sleep.

Well let's see. If I was a girl, I would probably say:

1. Busts should be singular, bust.
2. Tight shirts, low cut tops, bikinis.

I left the busts in the box.

The dilemma I have is how to store the discs. I have all my dvds in alphabetical order. So do I store them indivitually under D, F, and W. Or do I keep them together and place them under L for legacy collection. What to do??????

harpoonipa...

I decided to put them in D, F, and W, but leave them as the Monster Legacy Collection in my DVD Af & Profiler listings. That box is just WAY too big to put "in line" with the rest of my DVDs. Plus, you saw how hard it was to get the discs out of the box.
