Seriously, there seemed to be no logical reason for the recall (either one of 'em) in the first place... so I wouldn't expect a new release any time soon. The SE that just (didn't) came out was fantastic, so I'd suggest saving up your dimes and heading to eBay.

Got mine and I'm perfectly happy with it... It definatly wasn't recalled for a glitch. Mine works fine... Sorry to gloat, but it took me 14 hours and 2-3 dozen cold-called stores to track it down.

i heard its coming out sometime around when the Resident evil and house of 1000 corpses directors cuts come out, which also happens to be when Halo 2, playstation 3, and George romero's latest zombie effort are all released.
