Don't ask me Giles, I've reported the thread twice.

Well, there's a review up on DVDTalk's review page ... and it doesn't look too good.

For some reason they omitted the previous discs 2 commentaries, and also decided not to give us the theatrical version on this disc either. LAME!!!
There's no reason they couldn't have moved the documentary to the second disc and added the previous commentaries!

BTW: the review isn't very good. doesn't even go into the differences between the two versions.

I agree. That's a must in a review when there's an uncut version. The person who reviewed Wild Things Unrated did a good job of it.

I was on the fence about selling off my copy & buying the 2 disc unrated but after reading the review this is one double dip I can resist. I know some people who'll be getting it so I can check it out.

I'm still saving up for those new, unrated DVD's for The New Guy and The Animal...

I was planning on picking this up, but after reading the review on DVD Talk, I won't be getting this.

Since I already got the theatrical version, I think I'll wait for the superbit or deluxe edition, or an eventual price drop.

Yea same here, this re-release is a more than normal shameless attempt to get more money. Think ill wait for the price drop or maybe the "Extreme Ultra Deluxe Super Unrated Edition" that they will probably release with the sequel

If that review would actually say ANYTHING about the new/changed scenes I would be able to decide whether to buy it or not.

This is probably the most useless review I've ever read - it fails to answer the ONE question everybody has:
What scenes have been added/changed?

Any review of a new cut should be like the DVDTalk review of the unrated 'Wild Things' DVD - that's the way to review a new cut of a movie!
