Does Chitty Chitty Bang Bang DVD Come Sealed

I recently bought a new Chitty Chitty Bang Bang Special Edition DVD. The DVD was sealed with factory security labels and the such but there was no shrinkwrap around the case. Is this unusual?

Slipcases are not usually sealed. In fact, I'd be curious if it ever did come that way.

Was the DVD inside the slipcase sealed? Cuz that's usually how it works, although I have seen some DVDs that have the actual slipcase sealed instead.

At the Best Buy where I work, all the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang: Special Edition DVDs come that way, so you're good to go. Pirates Of The Caribbean, West Side Story and the last two Disney Platinum DVDs (Beauty And The Beast and Lion King), not to mention Alice In Wonderland: Masterpiece Edition and Finding Nemo, are all the same way. The Disney ones (all of them except WSS) eventually ditched the sleeve after being out for a couple weeks, though we did recently get in some Pirates with the sleeve (I assume from our main warehouse). Alice is currently still in a sleeve though.
