Fox is planning on releasing all 3 seasons by Dec at the latest. Season 2 is rumored to come out around Aug 10th, but we haven't heard anything offical yet. We should know more info soon. Also I found this article, it might be a hoax or it's just anyone's guess:

From Darkhorizons:

Meanwhile, Hotdog Magazine in the United Kingdom are reporting this week that the cancelled sci-fi series "Roswell" (the one about the four alien kids living in New Mexico) - is coming back in the form of a feature film. Much like what's happened with the similarly cancelled "Firefly", the magazine's saying that the DVD sales of Roswell's first season did so well that creator Jason Katims is looking at continuing the adventures of Isabel, Michael, Max and Liz on the big screen.

I second that! Let's just hope they don't make it too weird and far-fetched like seasons 2 and 3.

the article i posted from dark horizon has proven to be false information. JK has no plans as of right now to make it a movie but the DVDs are selling well.

I've just gotten an email from Katim's assistant. Here ya go.

Sorry for the slow response, but Jason and I have been a little bit crazed this week. Jason’s working on his new pilot for ABC, THE DE MARCO AFFAIRS, which finished shooting this past month and is currently in post production.

As for the ROSWELL movie rumor, it is just that. The DVD has been selling extremely well and Jason is very grateful to the fans for their continued support. Presently, there is no ROSWELL feature in the works. Of course, who knows what the future holds…

Roswell had 3 seasons. The first two aired on the WB, but moved to UPN for it's third season if I'm correct. They have an episode guide over here
