Ghosts...of the Civil Dead?
I would love to see this Australian Nick Cave film. Has anybody ever heard anything about it? All I could find by way of rights was that Electric Pictures (UK) was a distributor. They also did the same for The Sweet Hereafter.

There's an excellent special edition release in Australia
I'd not call it a 'Nick Cave' film. He's in it (a bit), has some music in it and helped produce it (I believe), but it's definitely not 'his'.
A must-watch film for people interested in how prisons don't work for most people (who get out).

Nick Cave fans may be interested to know that Rhino Records will release - Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds - the videos, on May 4th. 20 clips, excellent selection of early and recent songs. On a related note, Cherry Red has issued The Birthday Party's - Pleasure Heads Must Burn DVD as a region zero import.

So that's one version from Music Video Distributors and one from Cherry Red. I heard the MVD version is pretty bad in terms of quality; do you know anything about the AV quality of the Cherry Red version, Darryl?
