Projected release date of Eternal Sunshine?

I know it's still in theaters, but does anybody have an estimated time as to when it will be on DVD?

No, nor do I know what you are talking about. It hasn't been released in any other countries, has it?

I thought that the 5.1 soundmix was stellar - can't wait to replicate it in my home theatre setup (too bad the film wasn't mixed with Dolby Digital EX - 6.1 - an extra channel behind would have been wild).

I know nobody cares, but I can't wait to get this on DVD. I have a feeling I'll be rewatching some of the scenes a few times in a row as I go through it the first time.

Yeah, I'm definitely looking forward to this one. I hope they include Charlie Kaufman's interview on the Charlie Rose show as a bonus feature. It was a good interview, and his first time on television.

A movie doesn't necessarily have to be mixed specifically for DD-EX in order to decode well into a center rear channel. Plenty of DVDs that are "officially" only 5.1 will matrix well across all three back channels.

I for one am hoping for a nice set of deleted scenes.. If you watch the trailers for the movie, as well as the music video from Polyphonic Spree, there are a TON of shots/scenes that did not make it to the final cut.
