I never saw part 2 until last week when I had a free rental from BBV. It was great! They really should have ended it there and not made the other two sequels after it. Dennis Hopper was great and his chainsaw shopping scene was the best! Chop Top is another reason this movie was great. Signed!

So, I must be in the minority that thinked part 3 was really, really bad. It looked so much like a cartoon. Personally, I don't think any movies from that series are great, but the first one is by far the better one.
Although, if the laserdisk is better than the DVD, I can understand a petition for a better DVD.

2 was ok, so was 3, 4 was by far the worst. but I think I like 2 a lot because Tom Savini did special effects and such.

Part 2 of the TCM is to part 1 as part 2 of Evil Dead is to the original Evil Dead.
The part 2's are funnier and gorier. Part 1's are scarier (though I was way more scared of part 2 TCM than I was for part 1).
