Texas Chainsaw face plate..... (2 disc LE)

Just curious what you guys are going to do with the faceplate that came with the 2 disc LE of Texas Chainsaw Massacre? I'm not sure where to put mine.

I was wondering the same thing actually.... I was contemplating getting some of that non-permanent adhesive like they use to stick paper leaflets to the back of the Simpsons and others box sets and stick it to the front.

same here.

I might even pop a hole in the top center and use it on the Christmas tree this year.

I just cut open the bottom of the case and so the movie can slide out of the slip sleave and the metal plate can still act as the cover.

Metal plate is going in the case. I opened the evidence envelope but carefully, the tape isnt that strong enough to damage the envelope. I pulled off the tape, looked at the photos and put the tape back on when i was done. Doesnt even looked like I opened it.

I think the "crime scene" photos are pretty cool. Despite not feeling like real photos, they look cool, and have data on the back of them. Good idea about putting the metal case in the same pouch as the photos, I went ahead and did that.

I'm just sticking the metal thing into the envelope pocket. And I did open the envelope...I've got no resell ambition, so I could care less. Everyone loves pictures of chainsaws.

I super-glued it to the cover.

Gives it an eerie shine now when I pick it up and makes ol' Leatherface look more fearsome.

The faceplate is a retarded extra to throw in the packaging. Why didn't they just glue it on to begin with?

I'll keep it in the box until McFarlane's new movie maniacs come out; he's having a pretty heavy-handed TCM line-up.

I personally think it is cool as well as the crime scene photos. I wish companies would have some more fun with their dvd releases. Isn't like New Line is doing this for a flop-it did make near $90 mil.
