Mean Streets?
Does anybody know any details about this "new" version of Mean Streets becoming available on March 30'th? I cannot find any information anywhere. Is it just a reissue of the old disc, or a real special edition? 1 or 2 discs? New transfer? Commentary? Nice Packaging? I really hope this is an honest to goodness special edition with a new transfer. I am suprised to have seen no talk about such a great film on this board, or any other sites.

I've been wondering the same thing.
In the warner bros chat, they said Mean Streets would get a 2-disc release, but I don't know if this upcoming release is what they're talking about.

I dunno either...but it seems it would be a price-drop, getting rid of as many copies as possible before a new version hits the shelves. if it were a new SE...it would be the best kept secret of the year so far.
