I don't own this DVD, but from checking the Web, to go back and
forth between the two film versions, you have to re-insert the
DVD each time and choose one or the other for any particular
viewing session.
Here is where I read about the Dracula DVD
Anyway, hopefully someone will be along shortly who actually
has this DVD and can provide you much better help on this than
me. And hopefully it is not a bootleg DVD.

Since it came from Ebay, it could be the R1 NTSC disc from Brazil, which I believe doesn't have the Spanish version... (I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong)
(I was looking at possibly picking up the Brazilian coffin set before Universal announced the Legacy sets.)

If you have the original Universal disk (ie - from the Monsters box set), it defaults to playing the English language version of Dracula first. In order to get to the menu that will allow you to play the Spanish version, you have to first get to the end of the English language version, either by playing it all the way through, or (more directly) by using the scene selection menu and skipping to the last chapter of the film. After the English version ends, the menu for the rest of the extras on the disk (including the Spanish version) will come up.
A pretty absurd method, but that's how they set it up...

I have the original MCA/Universal R1, made-in-America DRACULA DVD. My disc opens with a screen with both versions pictured. The viewer must choose which version he wants to watch.
Unfortunately, once you've made your choice you can't toggle out of it and into the other version. You have to physically eject the disc and put it back in, return to the initial option screen and select the other version.
Which is exactly what Keith reported earlier. My disc doesn't "default" to either version of the film.

So it may depend on the player you are using (also assuming you have the American R1 version).
