Is "The Flash" going to be released on DVD?

I was wondering if anyone knows whether the 90's superhero series "The Flash" will be coming out on DVD anytime soon? Surely with all the superhero movies being released these days, the TV show has to be on someone's target screen, no?

I don't think they've put any of the Superbowl halftime shows on DVD, so probably not.

No news stories available at the TVShowsonDVD website, so it doesn't sound like you can expect anything soon.

Surprisingly, there is no word on this. This seems to be a no brainer. It is one season and has a cult following. The Flash was one of the best superhero series ever produced.

The two laserdiscs were the Flash's origin, and I think the other one was where he outraces a missle, and the explosion propels him into the future. This'd make my day if they put this out - I agree it was pretty well done considering it was a 1990's show.

I remember watching this as a kid and it was a pretty cool show, I hope someone decides to put this out on DVD soon.

I remember watching this back in High School. I have one LD with the pilot and a VHS with "Revenge of the Trickster" (with Mark Hamill). I had a few of them I taped that I used to play for my latchkey students and they loved em.

I'd be all over this if they ever release it.

The one that CBS did? Yeah, I miss that one.

Also miss The Raven.
