Short cuts - when??

Does anyone know when Short Cut (Robert Altman) is released.
I own the Criterion-Laserdisc and ask Criterion if they planed a release on DVD, but they said they haven't got the rights.

I've also been waiting on this Robert Altman gem. Haven't heard a thing. If I do, I will post it here immediately.

Yeah, I'll be pouncing on this the second it's released. A cast commentary would be cool, too.

Looks like New Line is too busy releasing all those low budget B-movies instead.

Classic catalog titles such as "Woo", "Who's the Man?", "Hangin' with the Homeboys" and "The Stupids" are obviously more important than the critical flop Short Cuts by that no-name hack director Robert Altman.

Already on DVD in Europe (Germany and Spain at least).

I'm not too sure that New Line own the USA rights.

This would be the one Robert Altman film I would be proud to have as part of my collection.
