I haven't been here in a few days so I didn't catch the heads up.

I grab a section of the paper -- hey it's about DVDs, cool! -- while I'm standing in line to order coffee at Starbucks and I read "owns a company" and "more than 1,400 titles" and I think of Gutwrencher before even starting the article.

It was fun to see you in the paper, and if something gets done to fix incorrect Guzzlefish genres that will be a bonus.

This is so funny. Everyone at work thinks I'm a freak and you get a write-up in the NYTimes. Is it because I only have 1000 DVDs.

I just got around to reading the article. It is so nice that the NYT just discovered the impact of DVD's on home entertainment. You must have had fun doing the interview. But perhaps that smile comes from simply being among your treasures.

Notice how the pose is from the waist up? He came out wearing his DVD Talk thong and, since the Janet incident, the paper thought it was best not to push the envelope

Ed just told me over at dvdaf....almost 2,000 new members since the article ran. cool.

needless to say...Ed's pretty damn happy about that.
