ED WOOD without features?

I sold a copy of the new, recalled ED WOOD on Half.com to a lady who now claims her copy doesn’t have a trailer or commentary.

Has anyone heard of this happening to this title? I doesn’t seem likely, and this buyer isn’t too open to suggestion when it comes to my help. And I lack the actual disc to help guide her through the menus.

Thanks for the help!

The price of Ed Wood is dropping considerably fast. She is probably seeing that and wants her money back. If you bought it retail tell her to send it back and you will see if there are special features. If there are send it back to her and tell her to honk on bobo.

why the hell would one care if a trailer is there or not? Watch the film for god sakes!

As for her problem, tell her to contact Disney!

Where are you looking? It seems to be in the same price range as a couple weeks ago.

I hope it does start going down so I can buy it. I'm done forking over $50+ for a DVD.

Yeah, she either a. wants a refund or b. doesn't know how to work her dvd player. As noted earlier, it is highly suspicious that both items she mentionned are on the second page of the special features menu, so I am going with she doesn't know how to work her dvd player.

First, explain to her that there are two pages of bonus material, then, tell her to:
1. Highlight "Bonus Material" in the main menu and hit enter.
2. Go to the bottom of the "Bonus Material" page until the popcorn box is highlighted (turns blue).
3. Click the right arrow on the DVD remote. This will highlight the arrow (it will turn blue) on the screen next to the popcorn box.
4. Hit enter and you will be on the second page of bonus material which inlcudes the trailer and commentary.

I wonder why she wasn't complaining about not finding the deleted scenes, since they are also on the second page of the bonus material.

If you are lucky enough to get the going rate, you would make 20 bucks for each, minus all the charges in selling online like there is now a days and you'll come up with a cool 15 or so on each copy sold. You might as well strike when the iron is hot I suppose.

That's the default date Amazon.com uses for all movies due out on DVD but which don't have an official release date set yet.
