Also available in Australia.
Both are Region 0. Widescreen. Not a great image but far better than VHS.

P.S. - Potential buyers should note that while it may be region-free, it is PAL.

DVDEMPIRE has a R1 release listed for May 25th.
It' features a DD 5.1 recording, an interview with the director,
still picture gallery, an additional Scene, and an alternate ending.
What they neglect to mention is the aspect ratio. The retail price
is a low $9.98. The company releasing the disc is called "First Look."
Does anyone know if it will be OAR with 16x9 enhancement or FF?

"First Look Home Entertainment will release A Shock to the System, starring Michael Caine, on May 25th. The disc comes with a remastered 1.78 anamorphic transfer and Dolby Digital 2.0/5.1, an alternate ending, an interview with director Jan Egleson and a still gallery. Retail is an amazingly cheap $9.99 for each disc."
Looks good!

Good news, especially at that price. I saw this movie on video not long after it came out and liked it a lot. I hope it holds up after all these years.

thanks for the info... I was just about to order the one from Amazon.uk too.
