In the latest issue of "Home Theater" mag, there is a fairly extensive interview with the director of CURB. He indicated that he's confident all seasons will come out, but he didn't provide any info as to release dates, specs, etc.

Since CURB seasons only run 10 episodes, I wish they'd combine seasons 2 and 3 in a single release .

By the way, the currently airing 4th season has been laugh out loud funny from the get go. In my opinion, it's the best yet.

I saw an ad in Video Store Magazine that said Season 2 would be coming out June 15th, 04.

June 15 seems awfully soon considering the first season just came out in January, but it'd be awesome if it was true.

6/15 is good! And makes sense too when you think about it. The new season of the Sopranos starts either tonight or tomorrow and there is a Larry David / Curb Your Enthusiasm reference (gag) in this season in connection with Uncle Junior.

I hope it'll come out in June, that'd be six months or so after the release of the first season. Really, that release date doesn't surprise me that much. HBO has been really slow with Six Feet Under and Sopranos coming out on DVD, but it's been quite a bit quicker with the sitcoms like Sex and the City. I so hope it'll be out in June. I just got hooked on Curb when the DVD came out, and I need a new fix.

From dvdfile:
Rounding out today's news is yet another TV on DVD announcement from Warner Home Video, Curb Your Enthusiasm: The Complete Second Season. This Emmy-winning Larry David hit will arrive in stores on June 15th and feature 4:3 full screen transfers, English, French and Spanish Dolby 2.0 stereo and subtitle tracks, and no extras. Retail will be $39.95.
Excellent.

That is REALLY an odd release date. HBO typically releases one season per year (at earliest) of their shows... OZ is taking FOREVER to come out!!!!

I'll gladly substitute the lack of extras for a faster release timeframe.

Ditto, the first season had good extras and I'm psyched to see the second follow so quickly! Now if only they'd do the same with Six Feet Under...

I would too. Unlike the Simpsons (which I have every episode on tape and only buy the DVDs for the commentary/extras), I don't have HBO and so the only way I can watch this great show is on DVD. Keep them coming!

I just think that this show is overrpriced on dvd since it only has 10 episodes while u can pay 10 bucks more here in Canada to get full seasons of the Simpsons or Family Guy which have many more episodes

yeah, it's overpriced, but still cheaper than paying for HBO to see it.

Glad it's been confirmed that June 15th is the release date, too bad about the lack of extras considering the first season had great ones. Though, there probably haven't been any more Curb type specials that have been on HBO that weren't on the first season set.
