Does anyone know if this comes with a booklet or insert, as there is a sleeve when you open the case, but mine had nothing in it.

No insert. Amazingly, they designed the case to have a 'pouch', but only put a 1-page ad in it for other Universal titles.

What do you expect from such a piece of doo-doo studio.

.....but it does comes with a "death-grip" center retainer to hold the DVD in place.....very annoying. Disappointing too that the "set" is only a 1-disc flipper and not separate discs for each movie. Shouldn't complain I suppose for the sub $15 price point.
