Any real differences between MGM and WARNER poltergeist dvds?
Other than the warner dvd being a snapper, are they both 16X9 widescreen, same prints, etc?
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm sure spielberg doesn't want a documentary about the film because of the whole mini-controversy about who's picture it really is.
So I am not going to wait. I have an opportunity to buy either version, I just need to know which one is better or if in FACT they are the same.

I may have to break down and buy it too. I've been waiting for the SE but it doesn't look good.
I'm hoping that Spielberg will come clean about the whole situation. Whatever wrath he incurred from the DGA should be over and done with. Maybe if Tobe has another big hit, then they will talk about it.
