LoTR FoTR EE not working on x-box

My Fellowship of the Ring Extended does not work on my x-box, but the two towers does. Anyone have something similar to this, and is there anyway to fix it? Thanks for the help.

Don't wanna bash about this but I have to say it..

GAME CONSOLES are not meant to play DVDs!

I don't care if X-Box, Playstation, or whatever integrated a DVD player to their gaming system. Any multi-functional device are usually poor and cheap in quality... much the same as the
all-in-one FAX, PRINTER, and SCANNER combo. I'm not surprised some DVDs don't play on the X-Box system. Just go out and buy one! Toshiba, Panasonic, or Samsung DVD players are known to have no problems playing any Region 1/Region Free DVDs.

That might be your attitude, but many people buy PS2's and Xbox's knowing that being able to play DVD movies is a big plus and they don't have to buy a standalone dvd player. It may be cheap, but i'd say most people don't care and don't notice.

Sorry, no idea how you can fix the problem... except that both the PS2 and Xbox do have compatibility issues with certain DVDs.

I agree entirely. I have a friend who uses his PlayStation to play DVDs and it sucks. The quality is not that good and navigating with the controller is a pain. He's going to finally get a real DVD player.

Strange, I have the exact same issue with my XBox. Luckily I have a stand alone DVD player on standby.

The bonus discs for FOTR doesn't work on mine as well. Along with the bonus disc for Band of Brothers. Strange.

I had to use my Xbox for a while after my DVD player went out for a few weeks. I loved using it and I didn't have any problems. BUT, I didn't watch FotR on it, so I don't know how that would've worked out.

I use the PS2 as a DVD player and have never had any problems with a disc.
