It hasn't had a theatrical release yet in the U.S., and apparently Miramax still hasn't any idea what to do with this one.
You could have done a search, and found many threads already exist on this topic, including this one:

which itself has links to many of the other threads....

get the region free Universe version, it is cheap, suprisingly good video quality, and subtitles, DTS, and a decent amount of extras.

It says R3, but mine has no problem playing in R1 players.
Use the coupons in this thread to get 2.50 GBP off the item:

They don't really know what to do with the film. After testing their "improved" (read: dubbed and cut) version with audiences in Toronto, it recieved terrible reaction. So, they had/have been considering releasing it almost intact (with a few smaller cuts to get a PG-13 rating) and with the original Cantonese track.
Dunno what they're doing with it now. The prospect of releasing it without butchering it must be presenting a dilemma to Mr. Weinstein. Goes against everything he believes in....

The "original" uncut version of Shaolin Soccer gets an R rating? I purchased this flick as a blind buy (a rare thing for me) and I've enjoyed it immensely and have watched it 3 times. Nothing in it (even with the "deleted scenes" like the Michael Jackson resembling dance sequence put back into the movie) strikes me as earning an R rating. Is there even enough bad language (Cantonese or otherwise) to pick up an R???
I hope they release it as it was meant to be seen...anything else might come across as pure chaos and complete dreck.
Hey....I just had a brainstorm...let me go check MY copy of it and see what it's rated.
UPDATE: There appears to be no rating on it. I'm not sure which release I have. It says "Unit World Movie Inc." on it...

There are a few bits of blood and then the goalie nudity (which Miramax previews had digitally covered). The MPAA isn't the most consistent, but according to reports I read, Miramax would at least make some minor cuts to these few portions to ensure a lower rating.
Any existing releases won't have North American ratings on them. It's not been rated yet - but Miramax will likely cut out any parts that would be likely to bump up its rating, as they did with some of the extra violence in Iron Monkey.

actually, there is a bit of potty mouth in the movie. specifically coming from the fat boy (re: scene where he runs to the raw egg). i remember him saying something to the extent of "lei lo mei" which is considered to be a curse word by cantonese standards.
