Is this "The Killer Criterion Collection" DVD legit? (pics attached)

Is there no way to forge or bootleg the white ring on the disc? as well as the image on the face of the disc? I just want to make sure I am getting an authentic DVD. Please let me know what you think and opinions. Thanks in advance for any help and satiating and overactive mind. Pics attached...

I'm sure there is a way to add a white ring, but I don't think anyone is doing it. These look legit from my casual observation. Great disc, great movie!

They look legit to me. I used to own a copy last year, which I sold for a hefty profit. I also have pics of the disc. As soon as I get home, I'll post one.

The only way to ensure you're not buying a bootleg is to restrict yourself to sealed copies. How hard could it be to replicate a white ring (or any other feature of the originals)???

With respect to The Killer, it should be pointed out that the best available edition is the Region 2/4 (PAL) Hong Kong Legends edition. It can currently be had for under $15 (with free delivery) from CD Wow!.

At that price, you could also get an inexpensive CyberHome all-region DVD player (which will also do the PAL to NTSC conversion) for less than the $70 you paid for a possible bootleg.

Off topic:

Recently I have seen many threads with people leeching images from other websites, and this is one of them. Just out of curiousity, mods, is it not against the rules to leech images?
