I searched but couldn't find the original thread about Artisan replacing torn cases and covers for the T2:EE because of the metal slipcase.
Does anyone know if they are still doing this and what the contact number is? I visited their site and there's nothing there.

I found the # using search and the guy told me they were no longer doing it. However, I still e-mailed them and they sent me a replacement case in a few days. I think the customer service e-mail address is [email protected] but I could be wrong.
