I recently picked up the extended edition of the Fellowship of the Ring and after I took off the plastic wrap, I noticed the outside box was considerably damaged.

Discs were perfectly fine, forunately.

I was wondering if anyone had a problem similiar and knows an email address or just a regular address for New Line to try and request a replacement outside disc cover.

Anyone have problems like this, with this movie or with others? I'm wondering if the studios are good about responding to this problem.

you are better off returning this to your point of sale if you bought this at a b& m. I had a problem with my indy set and target replaced it no questions asked. If you bought it on the internet the studio may be your bet. Disney and anchor bay are the nicest Somebody else will have to give you contact details for new line. But you can often check their website and find one for their home video division

Doesn't anybody just return stuff to the store anymore?

Yup...this has happened before to me...just exchange it...
