Monty Python's Meaning of Life Question

Just got my copy of Monty Python's the Meaning of Life sans an insert. Were these made with no insert or was I just unlucky?

Every time a new insert thread is posted, an angel is set on fire.

Mine didn't have an insert either. I don't think it came with one.

Anyway, to end this debate quickly, there was no insert included with The Meaning of Life. Actually, I even made mention of it in my (very first!) review of it here at DVD Talk...check it out if you haven't already.

/shameless plug
