The collector's set for sure. Worth what I spent on it ($30)
The only gripe I have is that the glue leaves a sticky residue after you take the backing info sheet off the 'snakeskin' case. This 'throwaway back info sheet' thing seems to be a more and more common these days with all these deluxe dvds/gift sets (LOTR:EE, Indy, Scarface gift set etc).
Never had a problem with any of them. Heck, Scarface was even also a Universal title like seabiscuit. No probs.
BAD UNIVERSAL.

DVD Talk Limited Edition
I got the two disc version from Best Buy for 29.99 (had them price match Circuit City). I think its a vastly superior package with the superb A & E documentary and film of the War Admiral match race.

Just the one disc. It may be the first time I've actively passed up a better version. Just seemed too expensive to me. An extra disc for twice the price? Maybe if it was only $5-7 more

I only bought the single disc as this was a blind buy. Not too interested in the backstory yet so the extras in the box set and more importantly the extra $$ made it an easy choice .

bought it at Wal-Mart for $14...as they included a paperback edition of the Hillenbrand book with the DVD.
