I like ROTJ quite a bit, not the best, but quite a bit. And I'm not a member of the under 40 crowd.

But these debates are 100% pointless. Movies are totally subjective, some people hate ROTJ, others love it, neither side is going to change their mind so it's pointless to argue about.

I loved the original three and will pick them up however I can get them. I would prefer a no added CGI boxset, but am not all that picky as I really like these movies.

Now those last 2, well, I like to pretend they never happened.

The ROTJ haters act like the first two were some super-brilliant subtle character study.

Your absolutely right . . . all you had to do was read the expression on his face to realize the inner confli . . . oh, wait . . .





Honestly, I remember that my two favorite parts of the movie (when I first saw it in the theater) were the speeder bikes and the AT-ST's . . . they were just sweet . . . Ewoks didn't bother me so much . . .

Hey, it's okay if you need more obvious cues... for me, the fact that he didn't do anything and simply stood there and looked once at each was enough. :p

If people can't see that the target audience for Empire was different than Jedi, then that's that....nothing that I can say will make it more obvious than the films themselves.
