Studio for most CONSISTENT DVD releases?
In terms of video and sound quality, quality of extras, interface et cetera.
Do NOT base judgement on a single release,
e.g. Don't say New Line just because of the LotR Extended DVDs.
Criterion is not a studio, so not an option.

3. The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (reviews have been vary good)
4. 28 Days Later (great, though the source was not as great as other films today)
5. Star Wars Movies
6. New Aliens 9 disk box set
7. Ice Age
8. Minority Report
9. The Transporter
10. Planet Of The Apes (New)
11. Moulin Rouge
12. Joy Ride
13. Cast Away
14. Titan A.E.
Fox has not really had any big stinkers in the past 4 years, most of the their stuff has been very good (if not GREAT!).

Fox, I appreciate their high-quality releases on popular films (Alien series, X2, etc.). I also love their support for releasing TV shows on DVD, even the ones that didn't work out (Firefly, Dark Angel, Family Guy, etc.)

Although I understand how Dreamworks is distributed by Universal, I don't think it's fair to put them together. Dreamworks' DVD's are consistently good AFAIK, but lumping them with Universal is really going to hurt them in the poll.

Warner Home Video.
They're still hated for blunders they made a few years ago, but their DVD's are almost always superb. Great a/v, great extras, and great prices.

New Line, not just because of their treatment of TLotR, but also because of their Infinifilm line-up, their respect for OAR, their support of DTS, and the level of creative-involvment in their DVD productions.
And yes, I too think Pixar/Disney would be a close second.

I know a lot of people will have a problem with my vote for Paramount, but they do the best job of consistently providing what I'm most interested in: OAR, anamorphic, good video and good audio. I don't really care much about extras, or I would certainly vote for some other studio.
How anyone can vote for Disney is beyond me. When Disney wants to do it right, they're spectacular. But then they turn around and release a bunch of catalog titles in P&S. I would consider them the most IN-consistent studio.

Another vote for Warner Brothers (specifically for their classic releases, like The Adventures of Robin Hood)... though I do wish they're redo those old MAR discs, currently sunk in the bottom of WalMart's bargain bins (where they belong!)

New Line never ever charged $35 for bare-boned, non-anamorphic discs (hi Fox!), so they get my vote. I also like Dreamworks for consistency, and Criterion for content, restoration, quality of extras and attention to detail.
