Any major differences with the standard R1 release?

It has a French audio track instead of the Spanish one ; that's the only difference.

and a splipcase in french (like simpsons, BoB...) to meet the law about french language in Québec...

I wonder why the quebec version is cheaper when they must have had to spend more to relabel the box and add the french track.
