Probably been answered already...but....how long did it take to get your replacement discs for Back to the Future?

I sent in my discs about 1.5 months ago and still have not recieved them. I'm in Canada btw...

Probably has more to do with the notorious Canadian mail than with the shipment. They've probably shipped.

Hopefully they have.....Been worried

Hopefully you get them soon. If not, they're avaiable in the Canadian stores now, just look for the green sticker.

Shipped mine in late July, still no f***in discs!!! I've tried contacting them and no reply (the phone number and the email).

Just two weeks ago they sent me another envelope asking for the discs and I enclosed a flaming handwritten letter!

Never have I bought another or plan to buy a Universal DVD!!

Chow: Where are you located and how long did it take you to get your mailer?

I just got mine and was told it would take about a week to ship. They shiped me the mailer in 4 days.

Mine took about 2-3 weeks to get back once I mailed them off. But they came nicely packaged.

any idea when they'll be in stores?
