Does your father know you are playing with his computer?

Other than that, some of you guys are actually pretty ****in' funny.

I'm boycotting today's release of "Freaky Friday" too, not because it's censored in any way, but just because it's a big piece of shit.

RIGHT ON, BROTHER (pumps fist in air)

And the DVDTalk censorship police continue to set new standards in irony, still unable to make that distinction for which they deride others - the difference between what they want a word to mean, and what it actually does mean.

Edit: Not that I'm taking the original poster seriously, of course, but all this self-satisfied back-slapping just begs for correction.

wait wait wait... "Just as "Murder" is a type of "Killing" that requires intent" I'm not sure about that, why can't I murder someone unintentionally?

For instance, let's say I murdered Sharon Tate but I didn't know that she was pregnant. Clearly I murdered her and the baby but there was no intent to murderl the baby? Or would you say that I murdered Sharon and killed her baby as well? I don't know perhaps you're right but an experiment definately seems in order...

Anyway this sounds like another travesty along the lines of the Indiana Jones Baseball-bat-leather-jacket-bar-gun-shot-sound-5.1-remix thingie....

I can't tell if this is in defense of Disney or a rant against Rouge's attitude, but what I find particularly amusing is people who have walls full of Disney DVD's and closets full of toys, clothing and merchandising who complain about the company in any capacity.

Bruce McCulloch from Kids in the Hall said it best: "I vote with my dollars. They're called dollar votes."

In our country, unintentional murder is called manslaughter. It is not called murder, and does not typically carry the same punishment. Perhaps you are thinking of the term homicide, which covers all killing.

There is 1st degree murder, which is killing planned ahead of time. There is 2nd degree murder which is unplanned killing, like a burglar is surprised and stabs the homeowner with a knife from the kitchen. Not a knife the burglar brought, that would probably be 1st degree. But there was still intent to kill, it just suddenly came up. Then there is manslaughter, something like hitting and killing a pedestrian that you didn't see with your car.

Also, all the govts I am aware of do not recognize an unborn child as a person. (lovely govts) Therefore your example would not have an accidental murder at all in legal terms.
