I just bought the Alias Second Season but there is no $10 rebate form in the box of any of the discs.. Only 2 sheets of paper, 1 for Season 3 and the other for the video game. Am i missing it? And how would I go about getting the rebate form

You are definately missing it. I just picked up the set as well. It was included in the first dvd along with the video game ad. i did not get any insert for season 3 though. Does it say when it is coming?
Not sure what you can do about the missing rebate coupon unless you can contact them directly or get a photcopy of it (although they same that doesn't count) Also, they ask that you cut the proof of purchase off the back cover of both seasons volume 1 covers which is retarded. Why would we want to wreck our packaging?!?

I didn't get any sheets with my set. Does the season 3 ad say when the DVD is being released?

sorry about the misunderstanding.. it isn't an ad for season 3 dvds, its just a slip about alias on ABC. About the rebate form I guess I'm gonna have to contact them unless someone can maybe scan it and i'll deal with it that way. Thanks

Same issue here. Picked up both Season 1 and 2 from Best Buy yesterday but no rebate form/information to be found!

Hope they clear this up soon or Buena Vista is gonna get a bunch of disgruntled calls soon!
