Anchor Bay XENA $15 Rebate

Has anyone received the $15 rebate Anchor Bay was offering for purchasing season one and two box sets?

I sent the rebate sticker in over a month ago and haven't received anything.

On the XENA season 2 box set was a small, round sticker stating that if you bought season one of either XENA or HERCULES plus season 2 of XENA you were entitled to a $15 rebate by sending in the receipts.

Cool... what's the due date? Have I missed out on this? I've been meaning to pick these up (both 1&2 of Xena) but the price keeps me back... $15 would help.

I don't recall what the expiration date was on the rebate.

I purchased both seasons from Half.com for about $40.00 each.

Since Half.com does not have an "official" receipt, I sent in copies of the transaction notices with the date purchased and price paid.

I sent the "receipts" in over a month ago, but have not received anything. The rebate address was in California and I live in California so it should not take that long to get the rebate.

Maybe Anchor Bay is not allowing the Half.com sales because I got such a great deal!

I have emailed Anchor Bay but have not received a reply.

Hmmm, my only guess, and this is just a guess, is that AB might be considering Half.com a second hand operation (which it is; even though you may get new product there, for the most part, you're buying from individuals who have no retail operation, who don't have tax numbers, who gave AB no money whatsoever directly for the product, etc.), and so might null the rebate on that basis. I don't know though. Hope you hear back from AB.

Anchor Bay just recently got sold! So don't know if the rebates will be honored at all.

Here is the link for more info:
