X2 full screen errors?
I get freezes and glitches on the full screen version of X2, at various places throughout the disc. I've tried with 3 different DVD players and 3 brand new discs, and get the same errors. They are not present on the widescreen version. Anyone else getting these errors?

Easy problem to solve. First, place the full-screen discs on a hard flat surface. Next, you'll need a sledgehammer. I'm sure you can find one around the house, or use some similar tool. Now, precision is key. You must smash both discs AT THE SAME TIME, otherwise you risk damaging your hard flat surface... That should do it. Let me know if it does not.

Well, first you're going to have to try to find someone else around here that bought the foolscreen version....best of luck to ya!

This one is easy. Just exchange it for the widescreen version. Problem solved.

Isn't "full screen errors" redunadant??

Ooooh.. pro-widescreen comments in a full screen thread. THE CREATIVITY FLOWS!!

Hey look, the smart ass comment which always follows the pro-widescreen comments.
None of these comments, mine included, are productive. |

Maybe he thunk that if he wanched the foolscreen version he would catch a glimpse of female flesh not seen in the widescreen edition.

This, according the facts you've presented, is no isolated error and therefore should be addressed. (To get back on topic... the banana is the studio. The poor banana in front is the filmmakers when the studio releases a fullscreen version) |

The sad thing is the exact same responses would've been had if it were a full frame movie pan and scanned to widescreen.

Originally posted by DonnachaOne How is that sad? No-one likes to see a film mangled. (I don't know how you pan&scan a 1.22:1 film to widescreen - I assume you mean cases like It, a TV-movie that was made anamorphic by matting it unjustly.) |
