Jaques Tati's Criterion titles back in print?
I don't know if this has already been posted but I found it while browsing the home vision website and I thought it was interesting, especially since I remember when a lot of people were scrambling to get these titles before they went OOP:

apparently they have them listed on criterions web page too.

To answer your question simply, yes, both M. Hulot's Holiday and Mon Uncle are coming back into print.
Playtime is also OOP but will be coming out later in the year, along with another Tati title being released for the first time on Criterion DVD:

At long last Criterion has succeeded in renewing its rights to Jacques Tati's classic films Mon Oncle, M. Hulot's Holiday, Jour de Fête and Playtime. The original Criterion editions of Mon Oncle and M. Hulot's Holiday will be back in print starting in January of 2004. These DVDs will be identical to Criterion's original releases in every way. Watch this space for further news about Playtime and Jour de Fête.
