When will we see the Clone Wars cartoon series on DVD?

(I did a search and couldn't find a thread about this...which probably means I did the search badly.)

I believe that I saw it in Video Store Magazine for sometime next year.

WAY next year. The last 10 episodes don't even come out until April 2004. It'd be like a hour long disc.

I understand wfujosh's point, but I vaguely recall reading something about the Clone Wars cartoon being released sometime in January...

This date is what I surmised as well. Five 12 minute videos should be easy to pump out by January if they want to.

I hope they have more to add when the DVD comes out... it seems like they can do so much more with it. Hopefully it will be more than an hour.

I labeled a VHS tape and started recording, but I missed an episode...and well...lost the desire to tape 'em all. (What's the point once ya miss one.) :-)

Go this this site and you can download all the hi-res versions of all 8 episodes. They post downloadable links to every short after they appear on TV.
