StarTrek NG Borg Mega Cube in the USA??
Rather than buying all the individual seasons of Star Trek Next Generation, in the UK you can get them all at once by buying the Borg Mega Cube. I haven't found this here in the US - anyone know if this it be appearing here sometime?? Thanks.

I think paramount has said that it will be r2 only, of course anything could happen. I hope they will eventually box up these sets for the US I'd like a DS9 collection myself.

Well, from what I understand, the US equivalent in terms of price would actually be about 20% MORE than just buying the sets. These are all over eBay for up to 40% less, which I think is a great deal.

I own the R2 Borg Megacube (mine is #967 of 1000). I rather like the packaging of the individual sets over their USA counterparts and that they're nicely stored together, but I'm unimpressed with the cube itself, which is not that special or well made. Nothing about it, other than a small sticker, tells you that this is Star Trek: TNG! In fact, it looks like one of those small filing boxes. The lid is not hinged and could come off if you're not careful. And the cardboard is not strong enough; two corners of the top lid of my set split during shipping (read the first review at Amazon.co.uk). Finally, it's a cheap clock.
Is it still available? "dispatched within 9 to 12 days" means to me that it's backordered and probably not available.
