"LOTR: TTT EE" --- Wrong Street Date on Shipping Boxes at Toys R Us
I was at a Toys R Us yesterday and noticed they were already selling "Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers Extended Edition" ($29.99). I asked the department manager why they were selling it when the street date was 11/18. He said that all the boxes they came in had a street date of 11/11. He even went in the back to double-check and, yup, that's what was on all of them.
So if you want to purchase the thing now I suggest you haul ass to your nearest Toys R Us.
That is, unless they've been told by corporate to pull them off shelves till Tuesday.
