What Aspect Ratio is Pumpkinhead really in?

I bought Pumpkinhead a while back but it came out in FULL
SCREEN. What is the real Aspect Ratio of this film? It
was filmed for theatres right? Is there another REGION
which offers it in WIDESCREEN?

region 2 has it widescreen, which is how it was meant to be seen.

There's a R2 Tartan version that's anamorphic widescreen. Here's a link to it...

This movie really needs a new release. This probably has the worst transfer I've seen.

I don't know about this R2 release specifically, but in general Tartan has a rep for poor transfer quality.

That they do but this is pretty good, leagues ahead of the godawful R1 release.

Thanks for the heads up, I had been putting this off until someone mentioned the transfer...
