According to EW Columbia/Tristar does not have a release date but Executive producer Howard West says "Late 2004"
"It takes time adding extras (unseen footage-behind the scenes interviews) from as far back as 1990"
I never counted on extras. I was just looking foward to seeing uncut episodes. But if memory serves, the pilot (originally titled The Seinfeld Chronicles) aired in summer '89.

Welcome to the forums! This question is covered early in our "Frequent Topics" thread, stickied to the top of the page... I suggest that you at least skim that thread before posting anymore. Using the forum search feature, located in the upper-right hand corner of the screen, and searching for "seinfeld" in titles only in this forum would've turned up this thread: http://dvdtalk.com/forum/showthread....light=seinfeld
