Has anyone found Olive, the Other Reindeer?
I think this was due on 14oct, but none of the retailers near me have it yet (BB, CC, Fred Meyer, Costco). They do, however, have all other Christmas DVD's out.

DDD doesn't even offer it.

Delayed?
