Is Ichi The Killer dubbed?

http://www.deepdiscountdvd.com/dvd.cfm?itemID=MBI003178

It says English audio... I'd rather have japanese with english subtitles...

The divx I downloaded had subtitles, it must have been a rip of a different region disc?

And it says region unknown, does that mean it's region 0?

Thanks.

According to my partner, it is subtitled.

What a good movie. I saw this last weekend at a movie marathon.

I know it's keeping you up nights, but yes, it has a dub but it will also have the original Japanese track with optional English subtitles. As for why the region is unknown, probably because the information wasn't provided by MB or else someone was too lazy to put it into the DB, there's no conspiracy here and it certainly won't be R0.
