I know that Young Frankenstein has an SE. Blazing Saddles and Spaceballs have some extra material (not a ton of stuff was added to the DVD's), but no offical SE releases. Does anyone know anything about any other possible SE's that might be done for these and/or other Mel Brooks films? I'm a History Of The World - Part 1 addict and would love to see it in SE. Although, with Gregory Hines and Madeline Kahn having past on already, there would be some huge voids in the extra material . . . two very big losses to the entertainment world. It would actually be a great opportunity for some tribute material (a la Andre The Giant on The Princess Bride SE).

Anyway, anyone have any news? I haven't seen much out "there".

I've wished for this as well, but for the most part the Mel Brooks stuff is pretty bare.

Well we already have those great Mel Brooks commentaries on most of his discs so Im happy.

No Doubt, they are hard to listen to actually, I cant bare an entire movie usually.

I'll listen to Mel Brooks any day compared to such dreck commentary by McTiernan on 'Thomas Crown'.
