Matrix: Reloaded

I picked it up, and it sounds/looks spectacular. Definitely a "must buy" if you want great sound and superior video.

One question though - is there no part in the movie that shows how
Spoiler:
Neo goes from the bedroom at the very beginning back to the Nebechadnezer (sp?)? I feel like he just shows up in the ship when it docks in Zion.

Hoping my disc isn't defective.

THANKs!

Spoiler:
I believe he's in a little room on the ship, kinda like in the first movie where he is resting after they take out the tubes and stuff. I haven't seen the movie since May, but I think this is the case.

But
Spoiler:
He says "where are you?" which is kind of weird. Anyway, there just seems to be a continuity error so I wondered if it was my DVD - I don't recall the film version.

I need to buy a house.

Spoiler:
I take it you haven't seen the first movie yet? He said where are you while in the Oracle's old apartment, as shown later she was kinda running around. As for Neo just appearing later on, I always figured he just had the operator make him an exit, something that really didn't need to be shown IMO

Yes, I'm aware of the Matrix and have seen it once or twenty times.

Didn't realize that's where he was. While the poster may not think it's important IHO, it's still a continuity error. Was just curious if it was a disc defect.

No, reloaded. It worked fine on my laptop, in my xbox at home and my home dvd player but for some reason it loops on the first track on my desktop at work.

The more important question is . . . what kind of job do you have that you get to watch DVD's on your DESKTOP AT WORK!?!?!?

Sorry, I wasn't responded to your comment.
As far as your problem, I guess you can just feel happy that it works everywhere BUT work - now you won't get in trouble.

I'm only halfway through the movie, but my subwoofer seems to be having trouble ... it almost sounds like it cracked the speaker cone! I checked and it looks fine. Haven't experienced this with any other movie .. Even turned the feed down a bit and that didn't help. I'm hoping I didn't break something.....

You could have blown the amp built into the sub. Your description of the problem mirrors what I had when my JBL crapped out

You'll soon find out that it's cheaper to buy a new one than to repair the old one. Sad but true

I've got news for you guys. The full-screen edition actually shows more of the image than the Widescreen, especially Persephone's cleavage. I've got both discs and actually prefer the Full Screen. This reminds me of the situation with The Abyss, where James Cameron preferred the full screen as well.

More is not always better. It was intended to be scene at 2.35:1 and with open matte you will get unwanted things in the frame. I'll always stick with the films OAR and I'm sure most others here will as well.

not a big problem...but my player automatically turns on the subtitles for Matrix Reloaded....and strangely, it does the same for Animatrix.
