Matrix Reloaded and keep cases
has WB changed their policy regarding using their snapper cases? i picked up this movie this morning, and was pleasantly surprised to see that it was housed in a keep (plastic) case instead of their cheap-looking cardboard cases. i know many of you probably don't care about stuff like this, but little things like this makes me happy.

Its a 2 Disc...a 2 Disc snapper would be mighty hard to pull off, methinks...
Yeah, most people hate the snappers...but WB still ships them out to us by the buttload. Maybe one day things will change.

Remember that they cancelled a SE version of the Matrix sometime last year. I bet that it was just delayed until they are all released together.
A 2 disk case would be wonderful or just a box set of them all together with a disk (or 2) of extras.
Maybe even with The Animatrix in it?
That would be awesome!

Another one that's apparently a 2-disc in a snapper is JFK. I think that's being re-released with an added documentary and in a digipak (think One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest: SE, True Romance: SE, Robin Hood: Prince Of Thieves: SE, etc.).

I noticed at Costco most of the recent releases (mostly Paramount) came in keepcases but the ones in retail stores came with the cardboard cases. Maybe it's the same with Warner releases.

You all forget things really easily...
Warner is giving up on snapper cases. Remember that their packaging was recently acquired by a Canadian keepcase maker?

They're probably outsourcing the old cardboard thingies as we speak...
